The clinic is an academic teaching hospital of LMU Munich and cooperates with numerous other universities. We are now looking for a line of therapy coordination (m/w/d) at Prien am Chiemsee. Head of Department and Organization: You guide and organize the department “Therapy Coordination” and manage their further development. Staff management and development: You lead the team, promote the professional and personal development of your employees and ensure a motivated working environment. Operational control and project management: You carry out independent projects, process operational topics and work closely with interdisciplinary teams. Interface management: You optimize the interfaces between medical and commercial areas and take on a key role in coordination. Patient-oriented therapy planning: You ensure efficient, patient-oriented planning and control of the therapy processes. Strategic development: You actively contribute to the optimization of processes, structures and quality standards and contribute to the strategic orientation of the department.

You have completed commercial vocational training and provide several years of professional experience in the field of therapy coordination in hospitals. You have well-founded experience in a management position and are safe in the leadership and development of employees. You have very good knowledge of MS Office applications as well as TimeBase and bring project management know-how. You have experience in the analysis, optimization and change of processes. Loadability, enforcing ability, communication strength, team capacity and a cross-departmental organizational understanding are the key features.
