During your three-year training, you will get to know various areas of work and perform exciting and varied tasks in the team. Allrounder in office management – You coordinate appointments, process internal and external correspondences, develop presentations and prepare meetings and develop to the organizational designer. Training focuses – You have the choice – depending on your personal interests and strengths – to specialize in two of four electoral qualifications: Planning and managing budget resources Tasks of administration and apply law Take over assistance tasks

You have at least a middle school degree (secondary degree I) until your training begins. You are routined in dealing with Microsoft Office (focus: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You can show commitment, commitment and work in the team. You convince with good oral and written expression.

Attractive payment – your training relationship depends on the collective agreement for trainees of the public service (TVAöD). The monthly gross remuneration is from 01.05.2026:

1. Year of training: 1.368,26 € Two. Year of training: 1.418,20 €
