The Working Group on Protection Technology South/West in the field of Protection Technology as part of the Department of Secondary Technology ensures personal and plant protection for high and medium voltage equipment. This is an essential contribution to ensuring a secure power supply for all customers. The implementation of the digitalization of new technical processes is an essential factor. You will check the protective equipment in the transformer stations and the network stations of the high and medium-voltage network in the west and south of Berlin. You support the conversion and expansion of protective equipment in the high-voltage and medium-voltage power stations. You check the special systems in the transformers such as the automatic voltage control, the reserve switching automation and the frequency relief circuit. Your further tasks include: participation in the willingness to call. Use of specialist IT applications.
