For a renowned and producing company in Sinsheim, we are looking for a staff assistant / wage book holder in full time or part-time (m/w/d) at the next possible time. Be part of a dynamic company in Sinsheim and look forward to exciting tasks.

Your activities: • Implementation of all operational tasks within the human resources sector – from recruitment to exit • Maintenance of time recording and production of wage bills • Compilation of statistics and personnel evaluations • Advice and support for executives and employees on all related personnel topics • Own-sponsored acquisition and redesign of personnel projects • Support for monthly and annual staff work

Your profile: • A completed commercial training, such as, for example, a personal service clerk, an office clerk or similar occupations - ideally with a further education in the human resources sector or first professional experience in the human resources sector and in wage billing • Empathy and friendliness • Safe handling of the current MS – Office applications, at best already knowledge of the AIDA time recording and SBS wage plus programs • High confidentiality and loyalty • Individual initiative and team skills
