Location: Germany

The IT Demand Manager is responsible for the requirement management of needs/requests from the departments to IT. This includes the acceptance, preparation and evaluation of the requirements together with various stakeholders and the structured transfer to the PMO after release. You are part of an international team at Global IT.

Main tasks:

■ You are responsible for the collection and analysis of IT requirements from different disciplines, taking into account strategic business objectives.

■ Cooperation with relevant IT experts and service providers for solution-finding, estimation of expenses and costs incl. creating a business case, falls into your task area.

■ You care about the relationships with various important stakeholders.

■ You are responsible for maintaining the Demand Pipeline.

■ You plan and implement regular demand approval boards.

■ You participate in the further development of demand management in terms of digitization and introduction of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

■ You identify opportunities for continuous improvement of IT-demand management processes and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

■ You have a Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field. A master's degree is advantageous.

■ You could gain several years of experience in IT-demand management, project management, solution design or a similar role.

■ You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

■ You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external service providers.

■ You have knowledge of the products of SAP and above all knowledge of the S/4 HANA Public Cloud.

■ You have knowledge of the products of the strategic partners (Microsoft and ServiceNow) and knowledge of IT service management (e.g. ITIL) are beneficial.

■ Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
