You actively shape strategic human resources development and transformation processes (e.g. building up and developing a sustainable learning culture). The analysing, designing and implementing target-group-specific personnel development measures and always keeps the controlling in mind. You advise and accompany executives and employees on all issues of personnel development (focus: subsidiaries). You support the control and monitoring of change and optimization processes. You design and moderate workshops and (large group) events. You are responsible for the talent review process in the subsidiaries. You continuously develop the employee interview sheet and personnel development plan and provide (technical) support for employees and managers in our HR software HR suite. You support the placement, execution and evaluation of employee surveys. You participate in the performance of aptitude diagnosis processes (e.g. Assessment Center). You evaluate new technologies (e.g. AI tools) with regard to their potential for talent management.
