Contact person and supervisor for all trainees, interns and dual students Planning and processing of all topics related to training and the internship including the implementation of events (onboarding introduction days, application and teaching planning, project work, discussion, training measures) Contact persons and consultants of the executives, trainers and lecturers as part of the training in the Sparkasse creative design, organisation and implementation of applicant marketing for our training professions and internships as well as the resulting conception, planning and implementation of adequate selection procedures Determination and planning of internal seminars (including budget responsibility) operational personnel development within the framework of the personnel development concept including consultation with employees Participation in team-wide projects and topics (e.g. member of the social media team)

You have professional experience in the Savings Bank, are Savings Banking/Banking Business Administration (or have an alternative degree) as well as the training examination (AEVO). You bring passion and enthusiasm for the professional image “bank merchant”.
