(Senior) Data Analyst - Brokerage & Finance (m/f/d)

You are burning for the financial markets and love to find the “Single Source of Truth” in large volumes of data? As Germany's largest financial portal, we are moving in a dynamic environment between Medienhaus and Fintech. Strengthen our team and help us raise our broker transaction data to the next level. Your tasks: Deep Dive in transaction data: You analyze and reportest Broker transaction data and identify trends and irregularities. Visualization & Insights: You design and create meaningful dashboards and reports in Power BI or Tableau to provide a sound basis for internal stakeholders. Quality & Compliance: You ensure data quality and ensure that all regulatory requirements (KYC/AML) are strictly adhered to. Process optimization: You are constantly working on the automation of reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

This is ideally brought with you: Must-have: Data expert: You can safely control SQL and provide sound experience in data visualization (Excel, Power BI or Tableau). Financial Background: You have 3–5 years of professional experience, of which at least 2 years in the financial sector (brokerage, asset management or banking). Domain Knowledge: Terms such as KYC, AML and regulatory compliance requirements are not a new country for you. Academic foundation: You have successfully completed a degree in economics, finance, statistics, computer science or a comparable qualification (admission possible with appropriate practical experience). Language competence: You can communicate safely in German (C1) and have a knowledge of English. Nice-to-Have: Basic knowledge of Python or R for the automation of complex analyses. First contact points with CRM systems and database architectures.
