Airport tour guide (m/f/d)

As an airport guide (m/w/d), you are responsible for the care of all arriving and departing guests at the airport. Your tasks include preparing and ensuring guest transfer to the respective hotels. After the guests have been divided into the right buses, you will welcome them in the name of alltours and give them first information on the transfer and further assistance of the Hotel Reiseleitung during a short bus arrangement. As a tour guide at the airport, you are not only the first contact person of the alltours guests in case of problems or emergencies, but also take flight bookings or the like. You are in contact with local airport staff and the agency and are well informed about all operations at the airport. You work at the airport in an international team. Minimum age of 21 years completed vocational training or studies fluent German and advanced English skills, also Dutch or Spanish skills a valid passenger car license with at least 2 years driving practice Team and communication skills Flexibility and readiness for interchange services Independent work Organisational strength
