Site Manager - Lich bei Gießen (m/f/d)

You complete the ramp-up of the warehouse and are responsible for performance, quality, safety and customer satisfaction You guide our central and operational departments and develop them structurally and methodically You are interface to all internal, external and public stakeholders and partners of the camp in Lich You are responsible for consistent compliance with all Ceva standards, specifications and customer requirements You initiate and guarantee the success of change and improvement processes

A completed university degree or a comparable vocational training Multiannual professional experience in the run-up and operation of Fulfillment Centers with full budget and earnings responsibility Management experience and strength in the middle and/or international group environment E-commerce and experience in contract logistics (3PL) are a plus Strategic vision, analytical ability, negotiation skills, entrepreneurial thinking and intercultural skills Negotiating knowledge of English, good knowledge of German are advantageous
