Part-time employment lawyer for 20-25 hours/week (m/f/d)

You advise the management, executives and the HR team in all individual and collective labour matters. You accompany individual personal measures such as settings, assignments, dismissals, terminations and cancellation agreements legally and practice-oriented. You accompany restructuring, transformation and change processes from a work perspective and develop sustainable solutions together with the specialist areas. You work with the works council trustfully and tax participation and co-determination procedures. You co-ordinate work-judicial procedures and work closely with external lawyers. You are analysing legal innovations and up-to-date jurisdictions and deriving concrete recommendations for action for the company. You develop labour law standards, guidelines and processes and ensure their legal implementation. You design and conduct training for executives and HR colleagues on labour law topics.

You have a successful degree in law, ideally with a focus on work law or as a full lawyer (m/w/d). You have several years of professional experience in labour law, ideally in a manufacturing company. You have profound knowledge of individual and collective labour law. You have experience in working with works councils and employee representatives. You convince with your strong consulting skills and find pragmatic solutions even in complex situations. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented. You communicate sovereignly at all hierarchical levels and make it easy to understand even difficult facts. Good knowledge of English complete your profile.
