In the department we develop and qualify system- and customer-relevant charging and energy features as well as software for an inspiring customer experience. Our goal is to develop fully electric and highly innovative cars and VANs for the future. The department focuses on the entire range from customer requirements to development to market launch and serial support.

We work agilely and flexibly in our department to successfully target the projects within the demanding schedules. This also includes the fact that, from the specialist to the department manager, each independently and independently handles its sizes with the greatest possible decision-making framework. Our team consists of 16 highly motivated and friendly employees who are looking forward to your support. Our focus is on software and functional development for the charging system, i.e. for the interface between the vehicle and the charging column. We focus on the specification, development, testing and securing of charging management in accordance with relevant standards such as ISO15118-2 or ISO15118-20. We offer an internship as part of benchmarking related to Charge communication. These challenges include: Installation: In charging communication protocols (DIN SPEC 70121, ISO 15118-2 and -20) and charging features (PnC, bidirectional charging) Definition of parameters and KPIs: identification and determination of parameters and KPIs for evaluation e.g.: reliability of the charging process Development of the benchmark system: implementation of test cases, data collection and evaluation, development of an evaluation method Conducting tests: testing the benchmark system with various electric vehicles, evaluating charging communication and signal quality Analysis and evaluation: Analysis of the collected data. Preparation and presentation of results in the team

Studies in engineering in the fields of electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science or comparable disciplines Interest in electromobility and charging communication Analytical skills and a structured, independent working Good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Teamability and Communication Strength Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Driving licence B Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
