Development and implementation of the company-wide information and cyber security strategy Planning, implementation and certification of a group-wide ISMS according to ISO 27001 Implementation of threat, risk and vulnerability analyses Building a 24/7 CSIRT and performing incident response exercises Development of guidelines, KPIs and reporting Perspective leadership of a team as well as control of external MSSP and security audits

At least 3 years of experience as CISO or Head of Cybersecurity in the manufacturing industry Deep know-how to ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIS2, OT-Security, Zero-Trust architectures and cloud-Hardening Successfully guided ISMS introductions incl. Certification Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Auditor Representative leadership and communication strength in German and English High readiness for learning and change as well as very good analytical skills and organisational skills
