Senior HR Specialist Payroll (m/f/d)

You prepare the monthly wage and salary bills for a defined group of employees and are competent to assist them in all issues relating to accounting and age-related issues. In addition, you carry out the accounting for the entire F.A.Z. group, take care of reporting, reporting, and certification and take over the correspondence with social security institutions, health insurance companies and authorities. You create personal evaluations (analysis, statistics, reports) and support personnel cost planning as well as all related activities for the change of year. As part of the transformation of an adapted SAP HCM (PY) to a hybrid/cloud HR landscape, you play an essential role in active co-design – from planning and austerity with internal/external stakeholders to implementation/implementation and change management to quality assurance and connection to our Rexx HR management system. You analyse existing processes, introduce your own ideas and impulses, develop new standards and jointly design forward-looking HR/invoicing processes in the team. You will become one of our experts for the new landscape. You have successfully completed a study or training in the field of human resources, business or IT and have long-term and extensive professional experience in pay accounting, ideally with SAP HCM. You bring both profound expertise in wage tax, social security and labour law as well as relevant knowledge in personal business processes. Evaluations and analyses are safe and expert with the MS Office package and are especially very safe in handling MS Excel. You are an empathic, communication-strong personality with clear goals and a high customer orientation. Your analytical understanding, your precise and solution-oriented way of working and your joy of continuous change are yours. In addition, you are happy to work in the team and have ideally collected change management experiences in both project management and transformations/implementations.
