Our client is a world-leading mechanical engineering company on the beautiful Lake Constance. We are currently looking for a head of the Training and Training Department (m/w/d).

The exciting one at this position? As a training manager (m/w/d), you not only create the training concepts for your own service, but also develop a completely new training world for the customer and user (m/w/d).

Location: Lindau, Friedrichshafen, Wangen im Allgäu

Development of training & further training to a separate profit center Conception of practical training programs together with the teams from the individual departments such as product management and development Representation of the company as ''Markenbotschafter (m/w/d)' in important industry associations and networks Conducting training in different formats such as video, online or presence

Successful degree in mechanical engineering or process engineering, also with technical training and further training as a master / technician (m/w/d) Experience in customer contact - for example in sales, service, product management or marketing in a technically demanding environment such as machine and plant engineering Excellent communication and presentation skills B2B environment Flowing German and English skills
