S-Versicherungs GmbH is the center of competence for insurance of Sparkasse Münsterland Ost. As a wholly owned subsidiary of one of the largest savings banks in Germany, it combines the security and strength of the Sparkassen financial group with the dynamics of a specialized service provider for insurance distribution. With around 30 employees, S-Versicherungs GmbH is shaping the insurance business for private, corporate and private banking customers throughout the business area of Sparkasse Münsterland Ost. As a multi-agent, she works together with powerful insurance partners and enables its customers to provide individual solutions for security and precaution. Leadership & development (approx. 50%) Leadership, coaching and further development of our insurance consultants Regular support in sales and customer appointments Analysis of potentials and derivation of concrete measures Support in implementing sales goals and activities Promoting exchange and transfer of successful sales approaches Own distribution (approximately 50%) Advice and support of own customers in the upscale private customer business Development of customer relationships and use of potentials Implementation of comprehensive insurance solutions Responsibility for own sales goals You are the link between team, markets and sales management – and ensure that potential results are achieved.

Training as an insurance businessman/woman, banker/wife or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in insurance distribution First leadership experience or strong interest in leadership and employee development Joy in making others successful and sharing knowledge Embossed communication skills and customer orientation Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and implementation strength
