You are responsible for the registration and processing of all customs duties in export and for the com­plete customs processing including the creation of goods accompanying documents (deliveries, packing lists, trade arrangements, shipping documents). In addition, you will be able to consult specialist departments, accompany inspections and inspections, and create certificates of origin. The communication with service providers and authorities (e.g. IHK, Zoll, BAFA) is your responsibility. You make use of ERP systems for the production and implementation of shipping processes. You also produce and manage customs documents (e.g. Carnet ATA, originating products, goods and services) and evaluations and statistics for internal and public purposes.

A completed commercial or technical vocational training in combination with a further training to the specialist/industry (m/w/d) or the ideal condition for this position. Single, multiannual professional experience in the field of foreign and security Export control is essential. The current MS Office applications as well as SAP can be handled safely; Know-how regarding SAP GTS is an advantage. In addition, you have knowledge of negotiating skills.
