Design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines for training, validation and deployment of AI models (ML-CI/CD)
Construction and administration of the 'Model Registry' to version and track trained models
Implementation of tools for experiment tracking (e.g. MLflow, Weights & Biases)
Building an API Management Strategy and Platform
Development of automation workflows for model-serving on Kubernetes, including scaling and monitoring
Ensuring the reproducibility of training courses and deployments
Close cooperation with DevOps engineers to define the required infrastructure requirements (e.g. special Docker images, Kubernetes operators such as KubeFlow)
Complete Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a comparable discipline
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience required after completion of the course
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD) and their adaptation for ML workflows
Experience with Kubernetes (On-Prem) and MLOps Frameworks such as Kubeflow, MLflow or TFX
Experience with API design such as REST, GraphQL, gRPC, MQTT or WebSockets
Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana
Good scripting skills in Python, Ruby, Bash or YAML
German language skills and very good English knowledge in word and writing
