Self-responsibility advice from specialists and executives as well as care of employees in all personal and labour matters Control of all operational HR processes along the entire employee lifecycle from setting to exit Implementation of professional applicant management as well as supervision of separation processes, terminations and terminations Full personnel administration including file management, contract creation, certificate exhibition and correspondence Implementation of personnel development measures, implementation of personnel and BEM talks and trusted cooperation with the works council Designing personnel planning, creating HR key number reports and interface function for payroll in billing questions

Successfully completed relevant studies or a commercial training with personal economic training (e.g.

Multiannual professional experience in HR as well as sound knowledge in operational personnel processes

Safe handling of the current labour law and the business constitutional law

Very good English skills in word and writing
