Product Manager Business Banking - Daily Banking (m/f/d)

“New Digital Products” is your home game in business banking: you design and develop innovative products, features and beyond banking services and continuously optimize our offer. You design, implement new features and processes, secure the governance of the connected IT systems and have everything in your hands from the first idea to the successful launch. In the field of market trends, innovations as well as customer needs, you are blossoming up Pain Points along the customer journey with analytical skills and customer surveys and improving our daily banking offering. Precisely through targeted customer surveys, you gain valuable insights and develop a deep understanding of the market, target groups and end-to-end processes. You are also strategically asked: You evaluierst potential partners and suppliers, analyze their added value and accompany contract conclusion to expand our service portfolio. As part of an agile, interdisciplinary squad, you can get into all sprint formats – from planning to reviews to demos. You form User Stories and participate in your team knowledge as well as responsibility. You live and strengthen a culture of cooperation, inclusion and continuous improvement. You understand innovation as a common process where every perspective counts and focuses on customer benefits.

Complete relevant studies, e.g. economics, or a comparable qualification or in banking / finance Extensive understanding of the SME/SME business as well as sound knowledge of classic banking products in this segment, in particular in the area of Daily Banking Multiannual professional experience in the banking environment or FinTechs, ideally in business or product development or sales Ability to consistently think of new product developments from customer perspective Enthusiasm for digital innovations and ideally experience with agile working methods High self-motivation, independent working and enthusiasm Proactive and team-oriented personality with pronounced communication skills and high networking competence Joy in working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and routined in coordination of different stakeholders Ability to think beyond your own horizon and develop sustainable solutions Very good English in word and writing; good German advantage
