After an extensive incorporation, you will automatically take over the payroll bill of the clients assigned to you within a small team. In addition, you are responsible for the reporting and certification of your clients and also for their personal master data. As a direct contact, you support clients in tax and social insurance issues. You communicate with financial offices, social security institutions and health insurance funds and take the correspondence with clients and authorities. In addition, you will regularly create evaluations, personal statistics and reporting.

You have a professional training and/or further training, e.g. to the staff specialist:in, specialist assistant:in salary/wage, successfully completed or to complete them. You have several years of relevant professional experience in a service-oriented company/client/business consultancy and have current expertise in the described tasks. You see yourself as a Sparring partner for your clients and enjoy direct communication and exchange in this demanding and advisory function. You are characterized by reliability, discretion, organizational skills and organisational skills.
