Operation, maintenance and further development of our inventory management system Implementation of new insurance products, tariff logics and operational processes in the system Parameterization and Configuration – You use the diverse settings of the system Implementation of system tests, quality assurance and fault analysis Close cooperation with product management, operations and IT Documentation of changes and knowledge transfer to the team Support for system relays and optimization of internal processes
