Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as continuous development of the team of Fund Analysts in the field of Fund Analytics & Fund Controlling

• Continuous improvement of planning, analysis and control tools, as well as external reporting in fund management Further development of the operational control of data quality, delivery times and risk indicators as well as the standardization of reporting processes. Support of the real estate fund managers and top management through qualitative and quantitative analyses for overall portfolio management. Responsibility for the ongoing controlling of an assigned sub-portfolio creation of internal and external reporting and investor-specific analyses; Preparation of results for bodies, investors and tenders Regular internal and external reporting for compliance with investment regulations

Successfully completed business or real estate studies or studies in business informatics or comparable training with economic or financial contact points Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position (advantageous leadership experience) and advanced knowledge in the analysis of fund and real estate issues -Interest in economic relations, capital market issues and a sound understanding of the asset class real estate -experience in handling complex Excel models and very good MS Office skills -experience with data analysis and cash flow modeling Motivating personality with excellent presentation capability, great self-employment and result and solution orientation High commitment (hands-on mentality), enthusiasm and resilience -Good knowledge of English in word and writing
