Team Leader Enabling Services (m/f/d)

In this role you take on the technical and disciplinary responsibility for a growing team with currently six colleagues responsible for BwBM's central IT services – from MDE/MDM to licensing management and PKI to IAM and classified information. You ensure that your team will remain on track in a growth phase and perform its tasks reliably. Your tasks include: Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team: team organization, employee talks, training planning and regular voting formats Ensuring the smooth operation of the responsible IT services in close coordination with the team's service managers Control of external IT service providers in cooperation with the responsible service managers Active participation in the development of the area in a phase of structural growth Close coordination with requirement management, IT architecture and department management

You think technically, create framework conditions and understand leadership above all as support. Ideally you bring: Complete study of (economic) informatics or IT training with relevant further education Multiannual disciplinary leadership experience in the IT environment Long-term experience in IT service management, as a system engineer or in a comparable role, preferably from IT service, industry or public environment Basic knowledge about IAM, PKI and IT licensing – Experience with VS-NfD welcome Very good German in word and writing You work structured, think analytic and proactive. Empathy and cooperation willingness are not for you any keywords – but the basis on which you lead your team. You step up sovereignly and make decisions even if it becomes uncomfortable.
