Evaluate management in the dynamic environment of the energy and heat transition to personal questions and ensure compliance with the corporate strategy

Dealing with labour law issues and applying these on the basis of existing laws, collective agreements and business agreements Cooperation in a trusted manner with the Works Council and Fungieren as the first respondent (m/w/d) for executives and employees on all topics of the assigned business area Advise on personal-strategic topics such as remuneration structures, capacity and personnel planning, build up further consulting fields, support of change processes and take over a controlling function for personal-relevant measures

Enthusiasm for people & culture, pleasure in interpersonal contact and a completed business, (economic)psychological or relevant study Multiannual experience in advising management and executives as HR Business Partner and ideally a completed further education on the Scrum Master Sovereign appearance, well-founded knowledge in labour law as well as pronounced consulting, moderation and methodological competence combined with a pragmatic sense of feasibility Structured working, analytical thinking and great pleasure in supporting management in achieving corporate goals as a contact person (m/w/d) at the forefront Very good knowledge of German and the ability to communicate safely in professional and social situations at least at level C1
