As a specialist (w/m/d) in the consumption bill, make sure that our consumption bill runs smoothly from the plausibility check to the accounting and notification. Among other things, you take manual billing, edit new connections and counter changes and keep our master data up to date. You check the consumption accounts for completeness, carry out plausibility and error checks and, if necessary, prepare estimates, recalculations and billing corrections You take manual billing or correction billing and thus ensure correct accounting You process operations such as new connections, decommissioning, lifting, restarting and manual water meter changes You maintain and update the relevant master data and answer various written or telephone customer requests

You have successfully completed a commercial training You bring professional experience in the field of billing, preferably in the consumption bill, with You ideally have knowledge of SAP IS-U and debitor accounting The current MS Office applications can be used safely in your daily work Your German knowledge corresponds at least to the language level B2 You are characterized by your customer orientation combined with organizational and team skills
