Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Leipzig From fire and intrusion detection systems to sensor-based special solutions: Thanks to our innovative technologies, we ensure that people can feel safe in buildings. You are responsible for the technical, qualitative and timely execution of the transferred construction projects. You sign, control and monitor the professionally assigned employees:inside, trainees, entrepreneurs and suppliers. You ensure the timely availability of personnel and materials. You function as an interface to planners, project managers and specialist departments and participate in construction meetings, administrative decreases, etc. You carry out the permanent setpoint/actual comparison of the order services independently in close coordination and after stipulation by the customer team leader, identify risks and act proactively in the project controlling. You independently create dimensions and documentation and comply with the legal and regulatory requirements. You are responsible for the customer's acceptance and assignment. You contribute to the post-submission management and to the creation of the billing documents.

Education: You have a completed professional training of at least three years with experience and/or completion as technicians, craftsmen or comparable additional qualification or Experience Personality: strong and organizational, binding, customer- and target-oriented Working methods: high team and motivation Experiences and know-how: expertise in the field of safety technology as well as knowledge of applied standards, e.g. DIN 14675, VDE 0833 and relevant topics on building law, e.g. VOB Qualification: MS Office knowledge and driving licence of class B, AutoCAD basic knowledge are advantageous
