Your mission You bring your know-how to infrastructure and software-as-a-service IT contracts into a dedicated team, build up your regulatory expertise or to effectively master the challenges of the financial industry. Design and optimization of contracts with IT service providers in the fields of IT infrastructure, cloud and software-as-a-service Hand-in-hand work with IT-controlling units and other interfaces for the production and coordination of contracts and thus implementation of professional, safer, regulatory IT Responsibility for the lifecycle management of framework contracts from creation to adaptation to termination Digitization of our purchasing and contract management processes by building and using modern tools and AI solutions

That's what you're bringing to us: A completed study, ideally with IT, economic or legal focus, or comparable training Multiannual practical experience in purchasing or contract management with IT focus, at best with knowledge in the regulated environment Detectable knowledge of the experience in designing / dealing with contracts for IT infrastructure German language skills in word and writing, at a native language level, for the clear formulation of contractual agreements; knowledge of English with good treatment High IT affinity, excellent handling of MS Office and ideally experience with digital collaboration platforms (MS SharePoint & Teams) Own initiative, structured working, communication strength, openness for new things and the need to jointly shape the future of purchasing and contract management in the financial sector.
