Head of Corporate and Foundation Partnerships (m/f/d)

As a management company – and foundation partnerships you support our projects on site – without being on site. Take the following tasks: You guide the newly established area with the focus on corporate and foundation partnerships You coordinate the fundraising activities of the area and develop them strategically. The focus of your team and you lies on the acquisition of new partnerships with a large volume of funding. You contribute significantly to the development and further development of our fundraising strategy and implement it in your area. You are part of Fundraising Management Team You have the hand at the heart of the market, recognize trends and external developments and translate them into concrete strategies and measures You advance our international networking and ensure the effective use of synergies in the MSF Movement You meet professional and disciplinary decisions, set priorities, define and delegierst tasks You create a healthy working environment in the team due to your leadership As a line manager*in you develop the skills of employees through regular feedback and conduct development dialogues as well as annual employee talks

The following professional qualifications and personal characteristics are important to us: Your competencies: Strategic vision, planning and organizing, leadership, human resources management and development as well as initiative and innovation In-depth experience in the fields of activity, especially in corporate and foundation fundraising or comparable activities in companies or foundations At least five years of professional experience in a similar position Passion for high-quality fundraising according to solid principles and high ethical standards – the satisfaction of our donors is your priority Equity, Diversity & Inclusion are an integral part of your work Excellent communication skills You are a team player with high competence in managing stakeholders and interfaces Current language skills in German (C2) and English (min. C1)
