Students of Economics W/M/D NETWORK PERFORMANCE & CX MANAGEMENT (TRUCK & BUS) Location: Unterschleißheim Start: from now on Do you want to actively support us in the audit management of our nationwide partner network? Best of all, then you can start planning, monitoring and auditing. You take projects and evaluations in the field of customer experience and support our partners – including through communication measures and in the management of user rights. As a full-fledged team member, you will bring your own ideas and actively participate in the optimization of our processes. You will get exciting insights into the cross-departmental cooperation with various automotive functional areas such as training, marketing, sales and after-sales. Does that sound good? Immatrikulation in one of the following courses: (economic) informatics, BWL, digital business, marketing/communication sciences or comparable Good knowledge of German and English Safe handling of the MS Office package Good Excel knowledge and ideally first experiences with Power BI You work flexibly and proactively and convince by team skills, reliability and an independent working method
