Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Gerlingen-Schillerhöhe In your position, you coordinate the GTS rollout and agree with the governance specialist departments (especially foreign trade, export control and penalty list screening) as well as the central IT team and other process development teams. Your portfolio includes developing and implementing end-to-end processes (E2E) in the field of export control and sanction law. This includes the integration of relevant master data into business processes. Furthermore, you coordinate the execution of tests, organize user trainings and prepare migration and go-live comprehensively. You take responsibility for post-go live support, troubleshooting errors and optimize processes during the stabilisation phase until handover to the line organization. In your field of activity, you work closely with Processowners and Managers and support a smooth integration of the compliance processes into the existing business processes. Last but not least, ensure the sustainable implementation and compliance with the global export control and sanction regulations.

Education: completed university studies in economics or a comparable degree course experience and know-how: multiannual professional experience in process management and IT; pronounced process understanding (end-to-end process thinking), especially in logistics and/or supply chain processes; deeper knowledge of foreign trade, export control and/or customs law is required; well-founded knowledge of SAP GTS as well as its integration into central SAP systems and master data systems Personality and working methods: as a team player, you can combine different opinions and ideas from project participants and quickly capture complex issues; Your compelling appearance, your resilience and your organizational abilities are yours Working day: we work in a flexible and mobile way, 2-3 days a week we are together on site Languages: very good German and English in word and writing *The gross annual salary for this body is, according to our regulations, at least EUR 117,000 for a 40h week (for a full year of employment and fulfilment of the operational requirements).
