To support our dedicated team in the KIRINUS training ambulance of the KIRINUS CIP Academy, we are looking for a leading psychological psychotherapist (m/w/d) in full/part time (min. 32 hours a week, Monday – Thursday, Friday after consultation). In this position, you combine technical responsibility with coordinating and conducting tasks. You conduct initial discussions with potential patients, take on the technical assessment and advise on the appropriate further treatment. At the same time, you support the ambulance management in day-to-day business and, together with the team, ensure that our training candidates are reliably supplied with patients. The place is particularly suitable for a self-working, conscientious and reliable personality, which in future wants to use its psychotherapeutic experience less in intensive patient treatment and more strongly in a leading, coordinating and quality-proof function.

Leading first interview therapistIn Leading psychotherapeutic initial discussions with potential patients, diagnostic arrangements, psychotherapeutic advice on the appropriate supply offer, transferring suitable patients to our training therapists Coordination of the first-time therapist team to control a smooth patient/training candidate supply, contact person for organizational questions regarding the situation. First talks Assistance of the ambulance line Support of the ambulance management in answering organizational questions and support of the training candidates Knowledge Transfer: Implementation of the monthly online ambulance introduction events for newly-starting training candidates Designing clear, reliable and quality-oriented processes in the training ambulance
