Team leader for commercial project management (m/f/d)

You are a key partnerin and Sparringspartnerin the field management and take over the professional leadership and further development of the project management team. You translate strategic targets and objectives of the area management into concrete measures and ensure their successful implementation in the team. You are responsible for creating, updating and controlling the investment planning for new construction, modernization and planned maintenance measures in the context of economic planning. You take responsibility for project management and project controlling of our construction and modernization projects and ensure compliance with budgets, dates and targets. You co-ordinate and tax the on-time tendering and the award of construction services as well as architectural and engineering services taking into account economic conditions. You carry out enquiries, negotiations and assignments of construction, architects and engineering services within your competence area and also participate in cross-departmental procurement processes. You are responsible for the preparation and conclusion of framework agreements as well as remuneration agreements and assist in overriding contract negotiations. You control the technical, planning and conceptual requirements related to funding programs and funding and accompany the corresponding application, voting and correspondence processes. You develop existing process descriptions, work instructions and document templates and ensure their topicality and practicality. You analyze project-related key figures, identify optimization potentials and guide appropriate measures to improve efficiency, quality and timeliness. You support the management of strategic issues and the continuous development of project management. You take special tasks and actively participate in the optimization of processes, standards and workflows within the area.

You have a successfully completed internship training, optionally a study with reference to the described area of work or a comparable qualification. You bring relevant professional experience in housing, construction project management or in relevant sections of the described task field. You have pronounced analytical skills and a high degree of strategic and controlling thinking. You have a very good understanding of economic relationships and a high number affinity. You bring knowledge of funding programs and funding in the new building and modernization environment. You have a well-founded knowledge of VOB, HOAI and the building contract law. First experience in professional leadership is of advantage. Ideally, you have already gained experience in the tendering and awarding of works. You are safe in handling MS 365; SAP knowledge is desirable. You convince by clear and address-oriented communication as well as a safe occurrence in dealing with internal and external contacts. You work independently, structured and responsible. You are characterized by a high cost, appointment and quality awareness. Team skills, social skills and a solution-oriented way of working complete your profile. You have a class B licence.
