Support of regional customers in replacement and wear parts distribution for the areas of concrete pumps (Putzmeister and Sany), mixers, eMischer, indrustrie pumps or Industrial thick-material pumps and, if necessary, new product lines from SANY Proactive creation of spare parts offers and offers on request via SAP Active and timely tracking of offers, placing orders in SAP, availability check, clarification of prices and shipping conditions, advice on questions about parts/components and their use Identification of parts using machine documentation General commercial handling of parts orders from offer to invoice First contact for complaints about parts deliveries in the commercial and/or technical field Conduct regional branch logistics (storage, goods entry and shipping) as well as local spare parts logistics (commercial acceptance, shipping, returns, inventory) Regular visits to regional inventories and potential new customers Active support of sales promotions and communication to the relevant customers Price negotiations with OEM within the scope of the set options Shelf and article care Inventory preparations Temporary representation of the local workshop management and temporary takeover of their operational duties in their absence desirable

Successfully completed technical vocational training Professional experience in the construction machine industry - ideally in the field of concrete pumps In-depth knowledge and experience with SAP (material economy & CS/SD module desirable) knowledge of commercial processing and its processes Open, communicative and friendly appearance Loadable and flexible High level of self-motivation, team spirit and willingness to develop
