Head of Greenland service at location: Betriebshof West

Guide & organize: You take over the technical and disciplinary management of the organization unit Grünlandservice. You are responsible for the work planning, organization and implementation of the area objectives. You develop your team in a targeted manner and efficiently and in a future. Plan & implement: You are responsible for the implementation of landscape gardening measures including disposal in accordance with soil protection regulations. The creation of construction time, mass and planting plans as well as the coordination of construction and care measures are in your hands. Taxes & calculations: You take over the permanent contractor's representation and decide on foreign and private services. In doing so, you organize the use of personnel, machines and materials and align yourself with urban offices (e.g. the green area office). The coordination of external service providers and the quality assurance of the commissioned services are also your tasks. In addition, you calculate services, answer bills, keep the budget in mind and analyze the economic success. Protect & design: You participate in environmental certifications, develop care concepts for special areas (e.g. listed or suitable planting) and take into account environmental requirements – from bird protection times to invasive species. You also keep an eye on ecological changes. In order to protect your employees, you will also create risk assessments and risk assessments.

Qualification: You have a completed training as a landscape gardenerin with additional qualification as a masterin. Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in landscape planning or landscape architecture qualified. Expertise & Know-How: You have several years of experience in landscape gardening projects. You already have disciplinary leadership experience. You will also bring knowledge of environmental law, occupational safety, hazardous materials management and the management of projects. Flexibility & mobility: You own the class B license. IT knowledge: You bring deeper user knowledge to MS-Office and have experience in handling software for green planning or Tree disaster care. Personality & working methods: You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working. You convince by safe occurrence, clear communication and joy of interdisciplinary cooperation.
