You work closely with our project engineers (m/w/d) in all performance phases of HOAI and create concepts as well as design and execution planning in the field of heating, ventilation, sanitary and refrigeration technology Own-responsibility and CAD-assisted create floor plans, schemes, cuts and detail drawings according to the HOAI performance phases 1-5. In cooperation with the project management and taking into account the applicable standards and regulations, you develop appropriate solutions. You create quantity determinations and contribute to the creation of the performance directories. You support the project management in project-related and organizational tasks.

You have completed training to the technical system planner/ designer or technicians and bring together first professional experience as a technical system planner for the TGA systems heating, ventilation, sanitary and refrigeration technology. Ideally, you have professional experience in housing, commercial construction, hotels, hospitals, laboratories or production facilities. You are safe to use CAD programs such as Trimble Nova, Linear or Revit and can derive appropriate calculations. You are open to modern working methods such as Lean and Last Planner and are interested in innovative processes. You like to work in the team, take responsibility and meet colleagues and customers with appreciation. You are happy to plan independently and pay attention to economic and efficient solutions.
