Nursing Service Manager / Center Manager – MVZ (m/f/d)

Together with the medical officer, you take on the personal, organizational and operational responsibility for your dialysis center and actively shape the outpatient care at your location.

You run your interdisciplinary team from employees of care and ambulance as well as assistants and trainees. With appreciation, clarity and trust, you create a working environment where people like to get involved.

You plan the personnel deployment, coordinate service and holiday plans, and work together with your team to ensure smooth operations in the centre.

Together with your team, you ensure a high quality of care, hygiene and treatment and continuously develop processes and care structures.

You bring your nursing expertise in everyday work and support your team in technical questions and – depending on your experience and needs – in the operational center of business.

You work closely with the medical management and our central departments and use their expertise to sustainably strengthen quality, economics and cooperation.

You are part of our German-wide management network, live our values in everyday work and regularly exchange with other executives to learn from each other and take new impulses for your center.

You have a completed training as a nurse, health care and nursingin, elderly caregiverin, nurse or nurse, medical specialistn or doctor helperin and are ready to introduce your expertise.

Experience in dialysis - ideally, a nephrological specialist training is desirable - but more importantly, your willingness to take responsibility and to grow together with your team.

You bring first or several years of leadership experience in the medical environment and have the pleasure of developing people.

You work responsibly, keep an overview in challenging situations and are a reliable part of your team.

You encounter patients with empathy, appreciation and joy in cooperation.

Ideally, you have knowledge of labour law and have the pleasure of living leadership responsibly and value-adding.

You have German knowledge on at least C1 level and a professional recognition recognized in Germany. You also have a valid work permit or residence in Germany.
