For our monitoring department at our site in Biblis we are looking in full or part-time (min. 30 hours/week) at the next possible time:

Applying the formal quality assurance, marking and archiving of storage/worthy documents according to requirements (insurance of the availability of equipment of the holding and maintenance) provide documents from the archive, as well as other storage and processes for further use Record and reprocess operational process data and records for the purpose of their systematic and proper evaluation and management Supporting management and process managers in the application of data carriers and forms

Successful completion in an administrative, technical or commercial training profession Relevant knowledge in the application of modern documentation and management software Teamability, care and reliability
