You are part of the central project team for Salesforce CRM of the GSA region (Germany, Switzerland, Austria) and take over the role of end-user support for our largest DEKRA unit As a key user and trainer, you serve the sales staff in the field service and the branches that Salesforce CRM uses as their daily sales tool In addition, you support the daily sales work through central training measures and are the main partners for sales staff at DEKRA locations in Germany The independent development of solutions and cooperation with the relevant Master Key User as well as the global Salesforce CRM team for a smooth sales process in Salesforce CRM are also part of your task You provide the reporting of sales activities for local and regional management In addition, you are customer data manager (Master Data Manager) for the largest DEKRA unit in the region and, in cooperation with the central sales team and the global customer data management, ensure the best possible data quality Last but not least, you are part of DEKRA's Master Data Community and are contact persons for the corresponding DEKRA unit

Commercial or technical vocational training or study of economics or comparable study programme Experience in using Salesforce CRM, ideally desirable as a key user or administrator Experiences in sales and data management as well as high affinity for digital tools Cooperation and team skills and communication skills, didactic skills and joy in communicating knowledge in exchange with the DEKRA sales teams Friendly and binding appearance as well as good analytical skills and a structured and solution-oriented manner desirable Good knowledge of German and English required
