As a project manager, you are responsible for the economic management of complex construction projects. As a project manager, you are responsible for the economic management of complex construction projects. You work closely with the technical project managers, architects and engineers. You are responsible for the entire budget planning, control and monitoring over all phases of the project. The creation of target-actual comparisons, forecasts and deviation analyses to ensure budget compliance is part of your daily business. You cooperate in the design and examination of contracts, monitor deadlines and assist in negotiations. The identification and assessment of commercial risks and the development of appropriate countermeasures are also in your hands. In addition, you create meaningful reports as well as decision-relevant documents for project management and management. As a central commercial interface, you also coordinate the cooperation between internal specialist teams and external partners.

Study of the business economy or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in commercial management of construction or large projects Funded knowledge in handling common AVA and cost management software Practical experience in contract and risk management as well as knowledge in controlling and financial accounting Good knowledge of German and English
