They accompany all stages of the proceedings and are competent contact persons for debtors, creditors and insolvency courts.

Supporting our insolvency administrators in the processing of regulatory insolvency proceedings and corporate insolvency or consumer insolvency proceedings at all stages of the proceedings. Prepare and create insolvency reports, reports and final accounts Support in the collection of claims, in the event of insolvency disputes, in the case of claims from creditors and in the recovery of assets Design and organisation of correspondence and communication with debtors, creditors and other parties to the proceedings Collection and maintenance of insolvency-related data on our insolvency-specific databases and electronic insolvency files Compensation calculations
