As part of the project team, you will accompany projects of different magnitudes across the entire life cycle at our location in Berlin-Pankow and will be the central contact person for contractual and commercial questions. You support the project management and ensure compliance with the contract. Control of contractual requirements: You systematically derive contractual requirements, structure and communicate them to internal and external stakeholders and ensure their timely implementation. Design of contract and performance changes: You identify and develop necessary contractual and performance changes, conduct negotiations and accompany the implementation. In the case of contract-relevant topics, you will introduce your expertise into internal and external voting, workshops and meetings. Management of risks and opportunities: You identify contractual and management-related risks and opportunities, implement appropriate measures and implement them. Compliance and contract management: You monitor appointments and contractual obligations regarding contractually agreed milestones and performance periods. Management Reporting: You prepare contractual and commercial issues structured for management and represent the supervised projects and contracts at the relevant management levels.

Successfully completed studies in the field of economic engineering, business management (BWL), law or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in a similar, interdisciplinary field, e.g. in project business, purchasing or sales Commercial and legal understanding and the ability to safely interpret contracts Technical understanding and ability to quickly capture, structure and convey complex facts to the address High level of communication, negotiation skills and enforcement ability in dealing with different internal and external stakeholders Excellent knowledge of German and very good English in word and writing Ready to travel (approx. 10%) If you are interested in this job, we encourage you to apply even if you have some, but not all of the required experiences.
