As a lead for our 13-person personnel team, you act as a service provider for our 19 locations and are responsible for the areas of administration, recruiting, personnel development and salary. As the first contact person, you will advise our Managing Directors on all personal topics. They support the personal and professional development of our staff team and create a motivating, value-adding working environment. They actively promote the further development of our HR department in the sense of modern, future-oriented personnel work – in particular through digitization and process optimization. They ensure compliance with labour, social insurance and tax regulations and statutory provisions. They develop human resources strategies in line with the corporate objectives, are responsible for their implementation and prepare annual evaluations for strategic development. They work on personal-relevant projects and on our starter days. With your expertise, you contribute to the development of our company success.

have completed a commercial training or studies in the field of personnel management, business management or a related field. have a sound knowledge of tax, social security and labour law. are characterized by excellent communication and conflict resolution capabilities. multiannual experience in human resources management, in particular in the areas of wage accounting, personnel development, contracting and modern recruiting. ideally bring experience in the insurance industry. feel comfortable with the “WIR feeling” and our family working environment.
