Branch Manager Damage Restoration (m/w/d)

You will be head of branch* in this new branch, which will start at the beginning of 2025. So you have the chance to build a new location, establish processes and structures, and to arrive in the region together with us. You run a team that should first consist of 3 people and then grow healthy and slow. You take responsibility for the team, conduct personal talks, among other things, for careful training and regular training. As a manager, you are responsible for all projects in damage recovery for your region. You can also expect that you spend a large part of your working time with the handling of your own damage projects. Throughout all projects, you are the contact person for the internal and external project participants and ensure that projects are handled smoothly - from acquisition to completion. You develop the location, plead relationships and connect new contacts. With your expertise, you control budget planning, explain results and deviations, and develop corrective measures along with your leadership. You take the determination and delivery of the monthly financial statements in close cooperation with the controlling.

You have completed a suitable study, for example business management or civil engineering. Alternatively, you will bring a master or businessman in addition to your training from the fields of crafts / construction. You know well in our industry and have some years of experience in damage recovery. You want a diverse job with a good mix of leadership, project business and commercial tasks. You know what makes good leadership and can justify why you want leadership. You are contactful, binding and reliable and can thus acquire new customers and projects. You have a strategic view of the development of the branch and feel comfortable with numbers and analyses.
