Head of Inhouse Consulting Full-time/Part-time (m/f/d)

As Head of Inhouse Consulting (m/w/d), you build a powerful team and develop it as a recognized partner for management, management and departments. The focus is not on the advice “from outside”, but on the joint resolution of challenging questions: listening, bringing together different perspectives, creating orientation and jointly taking responsibility for results.

Building and Positioning Area: You develop the team and its portfolio of services and establish a pragmatic, result-oriented approach with clear implementation focus Promote Strategic Initiatives: Together with the disciplines, identify and specify relevant fields of action and derive concrete measures Making transformations: You control company-wide transformation projects from analysis and solution development, operational implementation and sustainable anchoring of changes Develop joint solutions: You deal with complex strategic and transformative challenges at eye level with the disciplines, bring together different perspectives, communicate with target conflicts and create clarity about goals, responsibilities and next steps Management and Management Board support: You prepare sound basis for decision-making, develop concrete recommendations for action and ensure that decisions are translated into effective measures. Team lead and develop: You gain and promote a powerful team, strengthen their technical and methodological skills and establish a culture of self-responsibility, cooperation and measurable impact

Consultancy experience: You have several years of experience in management or strategy consulting and have accompanied challenging strategy and transformation projects, ideally with their own responsibility for control and implementation Conversion strength: You actively shape changes, drive measures consistently with resistance and achieve sustainable results Analytical and conceptual strength: You structure complex questions, identify essential relationships and develop pragmatic, implementable solutions Communication and stakeholder competence: You communicate convincingly at different hierarchical levels, build confidence and bring sustainable solutions to different interests Entrepreneurial thinking and initiative: You take responsibility, recognize the need for action early and drive solutions independently without losing overarching goals and concrete results Leadership understanding: You motivate people, combine different competencies and steer teams targeted. First leadership experience, such as the management of consulting projects or the professional management of project teams, is of advantage
