For the online agency of the DRV Bund we are looking for an Service Designerin (m/w/div) Location: Berlin administrative location Date of entry: Immediate Application deadline: 29.05.2025 Call number: 14-022-2025 Employment: Full time (part time is possible in principle) Remuneration: E13 TV EntgO-DRV (higher service) Activity The online agency team is responsible for the online services for private customers and is pursuing the goal of digitizing the core services for this target group. We make this “end-to-end”, in cross-member teams, using centered and based on modern technologies. In order to successfully comply with this mission, we are looking for new talents that share our passion for digital administration, Gov-Tech, benefit centering, agile work and the digitization of processes. Together, we are able to offer simple, user-friendly and relevant online services for our customers and, for example, to establish the “customer portal” or the “new normal” application.

You advise the cross-carriage DRV product teams on Service Design (including analyzing the initial situation, developing solution concepts, accompanying the implementation phase and review) You analyze, define and shape user flows in end-to-end processes (internal and external) You design and optimise digital services and processes that are oriented and intuitive to the needs of the users and work with interdisciplinary teams You work on the expansion of the DRV Design System You establish user-centric methods in the product teams (for example design thinking and/or user journeys) You represent the online agency as ambassador*in for the topic of benefit centering on internal and external events As part of your activity, you undertake occasional nationwide missions

You have completed scientific higher education (master, diploma or similar degree) in an economic, administrative, scientific, media-scientific, design or design discipline or comparable You bring up several years of current professional experience in the field of project work or in strategic and conceptual activities You have several years of professional experience in service design methods (for example design thinking, journey mapping, prototyping and performing usability testing) You have up-to-date experience in digitization projects with a focus on process/product development You are happy to work with the focus on using, analytic, interdisciplinary and develop innovative products, optimierst processes and services You are confident in the application of MS Office applications as well as collaboration and design tools You draw your attention through proactive, solution-oriented and targeted communication
