Supporting our customers in the field of spare parts – from request to order processing Technical clarification and identification of spare parts and wear parts using drawings, lists or machine configurations Creation of offers and order confirmations Close cooperation with the external service, construction and production Maintenance of customer and product master data in the ERP system Support in optimizing our service processes

Complete technical training (e.g. industrial mechanic, mechatronic, plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning, or comparable craft training) or commercial training with technical background Professional experience in service interior or spare parts, ideally in machine or plant construction Technical understanding and interest in complex machines and components Safe handling of ERP systems and MS Office Good communication skills, customer orientation and structured working Team skills and joy in cross-departmental cooperation English knowledge is advantageous
