You develop and use practical training in the field of low and high voltage. You shape the construction and further development of our training and technology landscape in Germany. You support young people professionally and accompany them in their further development. You are strategically involved in topics such as performance portfolio, location development and legal issues, including in exchange with international teams. You work in cross-site forums and encourage exchange with customers, partners and institutions.
You have successfully completed your training as a master or technician in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or computer science, or you have a corresponding degree. You have professional experience in electrical engineering, electronics or, ideally, in the environment of renewable energies. You are familiar with installation, commissioning and the relevant VDE regulations. You have experience in education or training - an AEVO is a plus, more importantly, your commitment to people. You speak very well German and good English, also in exchange with international colleagues.
