Operational management of the Rescue Service in the relevant rescue and department Rescue Service Implementation and monitoring of statutory requirements in the rescue service (e.g. HRDG, Landesrettungsdienstplan, Implementing Regulation HRDG) Creation and monitoring of service instructions and procedures in the relevant rescue station area Organisation and monitoring of the rescue service execution in the relevant rescue station area Own takeover, planning and implementation of thematic projects such as deployment organisation, personnel deployment planning, service plan coordination, fleet management, quality assurance and procurement Time-critical orders according to operational priorities, planning and their success control Monitor hygienic measures for your own performance Support in managing internal complaint management for the operational rescue service

(Fach-)Hochschulstudie in a suitable subject or training as an emergency nurse*in proven long-term management experience in the rescue service, ideally as a guardian or in a higher-level activity (e.g. with a focus on service plan coordination, organisation and/or procurement) detailed knowledge of personnel deployment planning are desirable High sense of responsibility and responsibility and above-average readiness Imprinted enforcement and decision-making capacity combined with a secure and binding occurrence Representative communication, information and conflictability Motivational ability combined with a high level of sensitivity Intercultural competence and gender competence Ready-to-use and unrestricted suitability for shift service in rescue service Ownership of EU licence at least class C1
