The municipal utilities association Baden-Württemberg (KVBW) is a public law body with the business areas of civil servants' care, aid, local staff service and additional care. The space division includes the state of Baden-Württemberg. The association's headquarters are Karlsruhe with a second office in Stuttgart. Project work (including planning, accompaniment, management of IT projects – in-house as well as in cooperation with external cooperation partners) Creation of complex specialist concepts as a basis for the further development of our IT systems (definition and design of software functions and dialogue processes from user perspective in coordination with our specialist department, our external cooperation partners and application development), in particular due to legal and process changes Creation of user reviews and participation in planning Preparation of test concepts as well as coordination, implementation and documentation of appropriate test measures Maintenance and maintenance of existing software products including optimization measures and specific user support Planning and implementation of user training Advising the specialist departments in IT-specific questions on the specialist procedures Evaluations and data analyses for the specialist page Participation in digitalization projects to ensure the sustainability of our processes

The ability to upscale non-technical administrative services – ideally with ''information technology and management'' study – or an equivalent qualification; as an alternative to other training with computer science, administrative or economic reference Interest in an activity related to IT, legal and organisational issues Experiences in the technical design of IT applications and in the execution of test work are advantageous, but not a prerequisite A sense of responsibility, a quick understanding and good judgment Teamability, initiative, communication skills, good work and time organization
